Processing Time

My processing time is 7-10 days, shipping depends on which option you choose at checkout.

• My processing time is 7-10 days. For example, if you complete an order on June 1st then your order will be shipped by June 11th. Please refrain from messaging me to ask when your nails will ship if we are still within the processing time window. All other concerns, please feel free 100% to message me, especially if an order is delayed for some reason!! 

  -Why is my processing time 7-10 days?

 The completion of one set can take up to 5 hours. Most days, I am working on multiple sets while taking into account the remaking of nails when I mess up on a design. On top of my orders, I am attempting to stay as active on my socials (mainly Instagram & TikTok)as possible in efforts to promote my small business. I can promise I am never waiting until the last minute to complete your set!

-If you ordered a Sizing Kit along with a set, the Kit will ship out first within 2-3 business days. Once you email or DM me your custom nail sizes, THEN the 7-10 days processing time will begin. After that comes the shipping time, based on your shipping selection. 




Shipping Time

• Shipping times begin AFTER processing time ends

• If you've made an error with your address information, feel free to email us and we will correct it! However, please note if you need to change your address after the label has been printed, you will be charged to reprint another label.

• Please understand, any order that has already been shipped by the shipping carrier is out of my hands. If you believe your package is lost, please call the shipping carrier, for example: USPS or UPS.

 

Returns/Cancellations/Chargebacks 

I do not offer any returns or cancellations. Please know for certain that you want to proceed with your press on nail order. 

• No refunds/cancellations due to not receiving products "in time". Please refer to my "processing time" to understand why my nails take the time they do :)

• No refunds due to incorrect sizing. Sizing is completely up to the client and it is highly recommended that you order a Sizing Kit for any shape and length you want to try, as sizes may differ depending on the shape and length. When purchasing, clients agree to having read the store policies, including policies for shipping , processing time and refunds/returns.

• It is always assumed that potential clients look through my past work to see the type of art style I have and the kind of work I do. As most likely, to start as a customer you messaged me through my socials DMs where I have a portfolio of my work. I will always create designs and inspiration photos to the best of my ability and since you have seen the portfolio of work I do, I do not accept refunds based on " not being satisfied with a design". I will happily re-paint designs in certain cases.

• If a client ordered a freestyle set or mystery set, the customer agrees to be surprised and has no control over the design. No refunds or cancellations for this set.

• If a client submits a chargeback or requests an inquiry with the bank over an order, they will not be allowed to order from CLAW & ORDER x TODJA from again. If problems arise with an order, I will always work with the client and be as flexible as possible to find a solution that helps us both.

Sizes
The client is always responsible for sizing. The client has to have sizes before ordering, or order a Sizing Kit along with their press on nail order. If a client orders a Sizing Kit along with their order and doesn't find a perfect fit, they should choose the next closest size. There will be no refunds based on sizing. 

• If the client fails to leave their nail sizes with their order, the set(s) will be made in size medium. If the medium size does not fit, there will be no refunds or cancellations.

• Sizing will not be the same across all shapes.

• If you have ordered before/sent me your custom sizes for a specific shape before, I have your sizes for that shape on file! If you remember them as well and type them into the notes at checkout, even better as that's a big help to me <3

Disclaimers 

- My press on nail sets are reusable but that heavily depends on how well you take care of and store the nails.

- Shapes may have different fits and it is up to the client to find the best sizes for them. I truly cannot stress enough that you will need a sizing Kit for any shape you would like to try.
